Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous personal interview, followed up with detailed background checks. On joining us, we put them through our comprehensive induction programme, which includes full job-related training, and instils the core Citrica values we expect them to maintain.
Only then do we send them into our clients' premises, where our distinctive uniform and compulsory photo-card badges ensure you know exactly who they are.
We also send our managers on regular training sessions, to keep them fully up-to-date with the latest products, equipment and techniques.
